1:1 and small group mentoring is available with Mike Grice, Education Director of Movement Therapy Education, in the following areas:
Qualified Professionals:
Shockwave Mentoring:
Mike is a tutor in the UK for Venn Healthcare and the Clinic Director for the Academy of Shockwave Excellence in Atlanta, Georgia, USA. He has Radial, Focus and EMTT devices and will create a bespoke training session for you on either the theory/mechanisms of shockwave or a practical treatment approach for body regions of your choice. This will include fine tuning intensity, frequency and handling of the devices as well as combining Ultrasound scanning to improve the accuracy of shockwave delivery. (£120 per hour)

Diagnostic Ultrasound Scanning Mentoring:
Mike will create a personalised scanning seminar so that you can practice the areas that you find the most difficult. This is perfect for new scanners who need some more hands on practice of for those that have been scanning for a while and just need a refresher. (£120 per hour)

Students:
Observation:
Opportunities are available for you to observe (Shadow) Mike whilst at work with his patients. Mike will give you an insight into the patients history and current treatment plan - you will be able to observe how he interacts with his patients. There is also an opportunity to debrief at the end of the day if you have any questions. You will usually observe between 6-8 patients in a day - you must have your own insurance and be a student member of a professional association. (£250 per day)

Anatomy:
Delivered via zoom you will firstly identify areas that you need to focus on for your own personal development or for your assessments. Mike will then create a personalised session to meet your needs. (£120 per hour)
