  • This module is an Introduction to the Strength and Conditioning field and how to integrate those skills as a therapist. This is a very practical session and you will learn how to test someones muscular strength, endurance and power. Our focus in this module is dealing with clients/patients that have pain or injury so that we can choose the appropriate testing method based on their history.

    • Analyse the movement demands of a sport and identify the variables that contribute to performance and injury risk

    • Select exercises and design a training session to meet the demands of a sport
